Hippo Effect

Hippo - or Highest Paid Person's Opinion. In meetings, there might be a person who has the most experience or authority(usually the boss). Decisions they make might go unchallenged because of Authority Bias. If this happens, we are prioritizing one person's intelligence over the group's intelligence.
